We help people have the often-difficult conversation of how to best bridge the generations in passing down a business, and what they want to leave their family when they leave. Every client is unique, and so are the plans we formulate for them! Founders Jeremy and Stacy Webb bring an interesting background to the role of business management consultants. Stacy is a social worker who interacts with seniors.

She’s well qualified to tap into helpful resources available within the community. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in family science and early childhood education.

For Jeremy, becoming a trusted financial advisor is in his DNA. His grandfather was an IRS auditor whose sons became tax consultants and founded Webb Accountancy. Jeremy earned a degree in mechanical engineering, also from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University with a concentration in financial decision systems. He has more than 20 years senior-level corporate experience.

Both BYU alums are still active in the local and national alumni association.

Although he is not a lawyer, he can take a broad view of a client’s financial situation and offer expert guidance.
Jeremy’s brother Brian, who is disabled with cerebral palsy and in a wheelchair, is inspirational to the business. Helping him wade through the challenges and paperwork involved in getting his full benefits has been a learning curve.

Volunteering in the community has always been a mission for Estate Management Services, and Jeremy has been a Project Treasurer for Leadership Medina County for several years. The couple have five children and lived in California, Washington and Utah before coming back to Stacey’s home state of Ohio. She was raised in Ashland, where they still have family.
