Nick Nicholsky

Nick Nicholsky was drawn to the mortgage business by his passion for helping people with the best investment they will ever make in their lives: Homeownership. Seeing his wife, Carrie, in the business for over 30 years he finally made the decision to join the industry in 2016 and formed Team Nicholsky. Nick finds great reward in getting to know his clients in this very personal business. “Each client becomes a part of our lives, whether for years or a short period of time, but each one makes our lives richer in some way shape or form.” Together with their respective skillsets, Nick and Carrie bring shared experience and passion into the mortgage industry.
Currently based in Lodi, Nick attended U.C. Santa Barbara where he majored in Film. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their daughter, Kaitlyn, who is the greatest pride of their lives.
