Smart Choice Property Inspection

My name is Jason Ward and I am a Professional Residential Property Inspector licensed in the State of Texas. I began my inspection career in 2021 but have been in the real estate industry since 2012. I was a partner in a home remodeling business that included simple to large scale home remodel and repair. In addition, our company invested in fix and flip housing of which I am still vested. My interest in inspecting grew from seeing previous repairs done to homes we were contracted to repair. I always thought “if someone would have inspected this before they paid.”
