We believe in the power of yoga, meditation, self-care, and other healthy lifestyle practices along with a deep connection to the earth as the necessary fertilizer for healing, growth, and lasting transformation to occur.
We offer day and overnight retreats, work-study, and yoga teacher training immersion.
