Desirae Christian, MD

Desirae Christian, MD, is a pain medicine specialist with AHN Medicine Institute. Her clinical interests include procedural interventions including, but not limited to, sacroiliac joint injections, epidural steroid injections, lumbar medial branch blocks, genicular nerve blocks, and spinal cord stimulator trials to address pain. She sees patients ages 18 and older.

Dr. Christian received her Master of Medical Science from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, and earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is board eligible in anesthesiology and pain medicine and is also certified in advanced cardiac life support and basic life support.

Her goal is to make patients feel at ease and, most importantly, feel heard. She aims to provide compassionate care during each stage of the diagnostic and treatment process. Patients can make appointments to see Dr. Christian at Allegheny Valley Pain Medicine in Natrona Heights.
