Catherine Falduto, NP, Cardiac Nurse Practitioner

Catherine Falduto is a cardiac nurse practitioner at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She specializes in the inpatient/outpatient care of patients with acute coronary syndrome, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and those recovering from Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) and Trans-catheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).
Catherine strives to provide safe and high quality of care to her patients. Her philosophy is to offer holistic, patient-centered care by forming a partnership with her patients to help them reach their health goals and maximize their quality of life. She educates patients in terms that they can understand, which empowers them to be leaders in their own care and well-being.
