In 1976 TC made the decision to get his real estate license while living in Potomac Maryland which is just outside of Washington D.C. and just across the river from Virginia. His original intention was not to help other people buy and sell real estate but was to have an “inside track” for buying and selling real estate for himself as an investor.
At that time, in order to get the license, you had to have a degree in real estate from a university so back to school he went for 2 more years.
