Shalini Singh-Karnik, MD, is board-certified in family medicine and fellowship-trained in integrative medicine. Her expertise and interests include integrative health consults based on the whole health model, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, food as medicine, acupuncture/cupping and shared medical visits. She collaborates with patients to promote selfcare, navigate life transitions, foster mindfulness, treat mental and physical health issues and reach their highest health potential.
