Rich has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry as both a wholesaler and a retailer. He is mortgage Loan Originator with licensed experience in all three phases of the purchase/refinance process: IE: real estate, mortgage and closing. Rich is an approved instructor in both the Real Estate and Title Insurance Industries and has taught both mortgage pre-licensing and continuing education.
