Ajith Purush, MD

Ajith Purush MBBS, MD, originally from Pondicherry, completed his medical education in India, followed by cardiology outcomes research at Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C., and an internship and residency in Salem and Boston, MA. Having practiced hospital medicine in the Prescott, AZ, area from 2005 to 2010 and after becoming Yavapai Regional Medical Center’s (YRMC) Physician of the Year in 2006, Dr. Purush is now pursuing his goal of a private primary practice in Prescott. He established this practice in 2011, with the goal of providing personal, comprehensive internal medicine and primary care of the highest quality.
