Dr. Andrea M. Slominski

Andrea M. Slominski, Ph.D. is a Women's Midlife Life Coach, speaker, and author. During her dissertation research and study, she discovered a new life stage has emerged in the past 100 years, for US women ages 45-70. Naming this new stage, "Regency", Dr. A. has spoken at conferences, published articles, and coached women to make the most of their emerging power years.
By 2030 there will be over 87 Million US women over 45.
Dr. A. guides women 45+ through the often tumultuous transformations that occur during perimenopause, midlife, and menopause.
She has created a coaching program that helps women navigate these powerful years. Her work is rooted in depth psychology, showing Regent women how to reclaim their passions, develop their purpose, and rediscover their “True North.”
In the past year, Dr. A has supported over two thousand women through her Covid-19 support programs, including online gatherings, journals, and coaching.
Dr. A. has her M.A. and Ph.D. in Mythological Studies and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She is a 5–time Joseph Campbell-Mythological Studies Scholarship Award winner.
