Stephanie M Barton, DO

Stephanie M. Green, D.O., is a pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist with Norton Children’s Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. Dr. Green earned her medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Blacksburg, Virginia. She completed her residency in physical medicine & rehabilitation at the University of Louisville and a fellowship in pediatric rehabilitation with Children’s Mercy Kansas City, Missouri.
Dr. Green enjoys collaborating with patients and their families to create a unique and tailored plan, ensuring that patients get to participate fully in their rehab care journey.
Outside of work, Dr. Green enjoys spending time with her husband and two golden retrievers. She also enjoys playing sports and spending time on the lake.
