I have always been drawn to the real estate industry. I was a part of one of the first classes at the University of North Texas to receive a BA degree in Real Estate. After over a decade in property management, I was lucky to be introduced to the mortgage industry and trained with a high volume team. Providing clients with a total cost analysis and consultation on all home purchases or refinance loans helps determine what loan programs or terms are best based on each person's specific needs.
