We are a family-friendly school and offer smaller classes with individualized attention for adults and kids ages 5 and up. Private lessons are available as a membership add-on or as stand-alone training. Our art is Moh Pai and our style is a composite of different styles based on the Shaolin five animals: Tiger, Leopard/Panther, Snake, Crane, and Dragon. We are primarily a striking art focusing on mid to close range. Although we have some basic ground and self-defense techniques in our style. At Hidden Lake Kung Fu we want you to understand, succeed and grow from training.
