As a Dallas native, James has extensive knowledge of the insurance market in the DFW area. He grew up in Carrollton, TX and graduated from Newman Smith High School. After attending college, he spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, were he provided the upmost customer service and high-quality accommodations.
James became an insurance agent because he wanted to help people navigate tricky policies and provide customers with peace of mind. He believes customers should be aware of their risk exposures. It is his goal to help customers understand what insurance policies make sense for them so that he can provide them with proper coverage.
James has been married to his best friend since 2005 and they are raising their 3 kids in Prosper, TX. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, keeping fit and is movie buff.
