Kimi's Chop & Oyster House

Kimi's source their Oyster's, Fish & Seafood directly from Seattle, Prime & Wagu Beef from Snake River Farms in Idaho, Morgan Valley Lamb along with numerous other locally-owned small farmers and cheese artisans. What isn't new about this restaurant concept is local restaurateur, Kimi Eklund and her long time Chef, Matt Anderson. With superior quality restaurants under their belts, "Absolute! Restaurant, Dijon Bistro Provencal and Kimi's Mountainside Bistro" this new culinary delight is their best hit ever! Warm, glowing fire pits welcome their guests as they walk up to the front of the restaurant. Entering the Oyster Bar the stage turns elegant and chic, welcoming you to the most delightful ambience to devour your chops & oysters! In 2019 Colin Almquist joined her team as Executive Chef and is continuing the spirit, freshness and amazing tasty treats that Kimi's has always been know for.
