Never, have I experienced a home buyer or seller say “YES! It’s home inspection day! This is my favorite part!”. No, instead most home buyers and seller have been through the “Home Buying/selling Gauntlet”, with sanity barely still in tact and now they have to pay a fee to have some guy or gal to come tell them what’s wrong with the investment they are about to make…. Sound familiar? I thought it might. I’ll be fair though….there are some Real-estate transactions that DO go smoothly and that’s awesome! However, this is not the case the majority of the time.
