Juan C. Escalon, MD

Juan Escalon, MD, joined Orlando Health Cancer Institute in 2015. He is a member of the Thoracic/Head and Neck Cancers Specialty Section at the Rod Taylor Thoracic Care Center. Dr. Escalon is board certified in Thoracic Surgery and General Surgery, specializing in surgery for tumors of the chest, including cancers of the lung, esophagus, chest wall, and mediastinum. He also treats benign disorders of the esophagus and has expertise in minimally invasive thoracic surgery including VATS (Video Assisted Thoracic Surgery) and robotic surgery for advanced pulmonary resections and esophagectomy.
