Deepak P. Vivek, MD

Dr. Deepak Vivek is a board-certified interventional cardiologist who has cared for patients at the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute since 2005. His expertise includes repairing holes in the heart, replacing and repairing heart valves without incisions, and putting devices in the heart to help it function. He also is board certified in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Vivek earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Washington in Seattle and performed fellowships in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
