Punita Kaveti, MD

Dr. Punita Kaveti is a board-certified cardiologist at the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute in Clermont. Her interests include valvular heart disease diagnosis, management of cardiovascular diseases, noninvasive cardiac imaging and cardiac disorders in pregnancy. Dr. Kaveti is skilled in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular patients, educating about prevention of heart disease and supervising and interpreting nuclear stress testing. She received her medical training in India and completed an internal medicine residency at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta. She performed a cardiology fellowship at the University of New Mexico and an advanced cardiac imaging fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.
