She completed her fellowship in endocrinology at an NYU affiliated hospital in Long Island, New York, and a research fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.

Dr. Lee also completed a residency in internal medicine at Jacobi Medical Center, a teaching affiliate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is board-certified in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism, as well as internal medicine. Dr. Lee has completed and published numerous research studies in prestigious medical journals.
