Gardens Care Senior Living is proud of our staff. We strive daily to fulfill our Mission Statement. Staff is trained with the Teepa Snow method which is taught by our owner/administrator who is a certified Teepa Snow Trainer. This method offers a positive, safe and individual approach to Dementia Care which many residents face today. Our home also offers many safety features that include immediate notification of a resident getting out of bed, if a resident has fallen, tracking behaviors, wandering behaviors, and sound/light notifications for door bells, phone ringing and other quick timely notifications. Our staff is offered health insurance to maintain health and wellness and improves the stability and quality of employees.
