Jeannette Sullivan, FNP-BC

Jeannette Sullivan received an associates degree in nursing from West Shore Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Ferris State University, and a Master of Science degree in nursing from Grand Valley State University. She is a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Diabetic Association. Her experience includes a variety of specialty work including trauma care, family practice, obstetrics, acute care, nursing home care, orthopedics, pulmonology, critical care, and endocrinology. She has managed patients with a broad range of endocrine disorders such as diabetes, weight management, adrenal insufficiency, thyroid disorders, and more.

Jeannette joined Oaklawn in 2021.
