SERVPRO of Council Bluffs is locally owned and operated by Lathe & Nicole Toft. The Tofts purchased the Omaha Southwest franchise in July of 2019 after relocating from northwest Iowa where they were co-owners of SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes. Lathe & Nicole purchased the Omaha West/Saunders County franchise in December 2019. They purchased SERVPRO of Council Bluffs in 2022. Lathe also brings with him a great deal of knowledge in the construction industry having previously co-owned Boji Builders Inc since 2002.
