Flourishing Families Counseling

Mary Puntenney Mou is the founder of Flourishing Families Counseling and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 104993), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC 4906), and Registered Play Therapist (RPT). Her primary focus is providing counseling services to children and teens with behavioral and emotional difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, aggression and irritability, parent-child attachment, life adjustments, blended-family dynamics, and difficulty with socialization or peers. Flourishing Families Counseling provides individual therapy and parent support sessions to clients in the San Diego area who are looking for an individualized approach to help promote personal growth in children and teens while strengthening relationships in the family.
