Welcome to Empower Fitness & Nutrition (previously Mozzochi Training) where the mission is OPTIMAL HEALTH. Coach Mandy Mozzochi helps empower women to improve their health, fitness, and nutrition while encouraging them to love their bodies. Working with Mandy isn’t just about workouts and calories in and calories out, because for women it is not that simple. It’s about learning to listen to your body, working with your cycle, and ultimately working with your body instead of against it.

Mandy takes a total approach to health and proudly supports the healthcare continuum by having naturopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists, and physical therapists as part of my network to support clients on their journey toward optimal health.

EMPOWER Coaching offers ONLINE & IN PERSON with FREE Consultation for all new clients.

⭐️ EMPOWER STUDIO located in Tigard OR offers 1 on 1 in-person coaching, along with small group coaching (2-3 clients max) with Mandy. Coaching packages vary. All coaching sessions are 55 minutes long.

⭐️ EMPOWER ONLINE offers coaching from anywhere with the 12-week Empower Program that includes a schedule that fits your needs, habit tracking, nutrition support, weekly coaching calls, and more. Just 12 weeks to get started toward improving your health.

All Clients get access to the EMPOWER App which includes:
Weekly and monthly scheduling of workouts.
Nutrition tracking and meal planning tools.
Community and support.
Lifestyle habit tracking, sleep, water, steps, etc.
