Devin N Patel, MD

Devin Patel, MD joined TUCC in October 2021. He completed a two-year Society of Urologic Oncology fellowship at the University of California, San Diego, where he received specialized training in oncology research and advanced robotic surgery for prostate cancer, testis cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, and urinary diversion. Prior to his fellowship, Dr. Patel completed his Urology Residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA where he was awarded the Leo G Rigler Department award for outstanding achievement.

Dr. Patel earned his medical degree at the George Washington University School of Medicine, graduating in the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He has a B.S. in Biology from St. Bonaventure University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Dr. Patel’s research and clinical interests are in urologic oncology, da Vinci robotic and laparoscopic surgery, and general urology. He has authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles and presented at multiple national conferences over the years.

In his personal time, he enjoys basketball, running, spending time with his family and two dogs.
