A love and appreciation for cannabis is in our blood. WHTC Medicinal Cannabis Dispensary was founded in 2007 by a woman whose mother was battling breast cancer. Through that experience, she saw first-hand how cannabis can help a wide range of people, from medical patients to recreational users.
