Helen is a new Notary and Signing Agent, but she has already made a big impact in the community. She loves being a Notary because it allows her to help people, and she is extremely passionate about her work. Helen is NNA trained and certified, and after training, she practiced her knowledge extensively with very experienced notaries in the Bay Area. As a result, she gained a lot of valuable knowledge and experience that she brings to her work. Helen also has international business experience from her past career, which contributes to her unique perspective as a Notary.

From her downtown Redding office, she covers much of Shasta County including Anderson, Shingletown, Manton, Millville, Whitmore, Shasta Lake, Palo Cedro and Bella Vista.
