Kriti Choudhary, MD

Kriti Choudhary, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician offering primary care for patients of all ages. Dr. Choudhary is passionate about preventive medicine and public health, believing that well-being starts where we live, learn, work and play. Her promise to patients is that she will listen to their concerns and help them identify their personal health care goals, then work in partnership with them to create a plan that is rooted in good medicine and driven by best intentions. She holds particular medical interest in adolescent health, women’s health, reproductive health and gender-affirming care.
