Elizabeth Allen, Ph.D.

Dr. Allen earned her BA in psychology and English literature at Washington University in St. Louis and completed her PhD in clinical psychology at Clark University, where she conducted research on parenting interventions that support children’s emotional and academic adjustment. She completed her clinical internship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and received postdoctoral training in CBT, exposure and response prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis (CBTp) at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Allen has published multiple scholarly articles and book chapters and presented her work at national and international conferences.
