Joshua A. Hayden, Ph.D.

Dr. Hayden is a board certified clinical chemist with a special interest in the development and implementation of mass spectrometry assays for therapeutic drug monitoring.Prior to joining the department, Dr. Hayden obtained a PhD in chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University and went on to conduct postdoctoral research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  He then completed a two year clinical chemistry fellowship at the University of Washington, where he trained under the mentorship of Dr. Geoffrey Baird and Dr. Andrew Hoofnagle.
