Omar Bellorin-Marin, M.D., FACS, FASMBS

A dedicated surgeon born in Venezuela, Dr. Bellorin-Marin completed his residency at the University Hospital of Caracas/Central University of Venezuela, his research fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Florida, followed by his residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. He completed his fellowship in advanced GI and minimally invasive surgery, including bariatric, Robotics, abdominal wall hernias, reflux disease, colon and gastric cancer, at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Bellorin-Marin is an active researcher who has completed numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, and has presented at national and international meetings
