Jeffrey Mayer, M.D.

Dr. Jeffrey Mayer is a graduate of George Washington University in Washington DC.  He received his MD degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 2006 and completed his Emergency residency training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA in 2010.  Dr. Mayer joined Weill Cornell Medicine in 2013.  Prior to joining Weill Cornell Medicine, Dr. Mayer held positions as an attending physician in emergency medicine at New York Downtown Hospital (now New York Presbyterian-Lower Manhattan Hospital) and at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.  Dr. Mayer has special interests in sports medicine, quality assurance/interdepartmental relations, disaster medicine, and medical education.
