I believe that healing starts the moment you begin to feel someone is listening. I have dedicated myself to helping others learn to heal. Through the therapeutic process, I can offer insight to help clients recognize their strengths and provide them with the necessary skills regain peace in their lives. I am here to offer compassion, be an understanding ear, and support clients as they work through their most difficult problems.
Anxiety, Depression, & Stress
Everyone will, at some point in their lives, experience all of these conditions. It is part of being human. Sometimes, people need help identifying, understanding, and changing how they deal with these circumstances. For the past eight years, I have been helping people manage these very feelings and I would love to help you.
Parenting Support
I have experience helping parents and children with behavior modification, setting boundaries and resolving conflicts. I have training in Parent/Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT), behavior planning, and behavior modification techniques.
Couples Counseling
Any relationship worth being a part of, is worth working at. Sometimes, couples counseling could save a relationship. I have assisted several couples as they worked through rocky patches in their relationships.
