Best life, Simplified is a wellness company in Butte, MT that is dedicated to helping people achieve their highest level of health through a simplified, science-based approach. As a registered dietitian/certified diabetes educator with over 9 years of experience, Katie provides science-based recommendations and continued support for her clients. We offer individual and group wellness coaching that can be done in person or via telehealth. Wellness coaching is beneficial for a variety of health needs such as weight management, blood sugar control, GI issues, etc. In addition, we provide breastfeeding support and education to families through individual coaching and an online course.
