Arvinder “A.J.” Sachdev, MD, is a gastroenterology specialist practicing at Digestive Disease Centers of Tennessee in Morristown, Tennessee. Dr. Sachdev is a native of Morristown and is one of the most experienced gastroenterologists in the United States with more than 50 years of clinical experience. 
Dr. Sachdev is double board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology/hepatology and has impacted countless lives throughout his extensive career. He has completed thousands of upper endoscopies and colonoscopies with outstanding clinical outcomes and is one of the nation’s most proficient hepatologists specializing in novel ways to treat hepatitis C. His clinical interests span the entire breadth of gastroenterology and hepatology.

Dr. Sachdev has been happily married to his wife for more than 48 years and is a proud father. In his spare time, Dr. Sachdev enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going on walks in his neighborhood, reading, and playing with his grandchildren.
