Lenny panzini has been in this business since 2004. He has tomato sauce running through his veins he was raised working at his parents pizzeria in Coney Island New York starting out tossing dough and he when was big enough he then moved on to delivering pies. His motivation came from his father. He quoted “ I have learned everything from my father and I'm still learning every day from him about the pizza business. I always wanted to own my own business like my father and in 2004 I decide to make a change and leave the family business and go on my own and open Sopranos which I call my baby. I wanted to make my father proud and wanted him to see that I too can build an empire for my children like he had done for me and my brothers."
