Rachel Smith, FNP-BC

Rachel Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with special interest in women’s health. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Murray State University and her Master of Science degree in nursing from Maryville University. She is a member of the Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Before joining the SSM Health Medical Group, Rachel worked as a family nurse practitioner with SSM Health Express Clinic where she provided care to patients in an acute setting. Prior to her time with the clinic, Rachel worked as a registered nurse at SSM Health DePaul Hospital where she provided care and support for antepartum, postpartum and GYN surgical patients.

When she is not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling and watching St. Louis Blues hockey.
