Chizoba Ezepue, MD

Chizoba Ezepue, MD, is a board-certified vascular neurologist and recently completed a fellowship in neurointerventional surgery at Saint Louis University Hospital where he also served as a vascular neurology attending and adjunct assistant professor.

Dr. Ezepue earned his medical degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Nigeria. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and fellowships at Saint Louis University.

Dr. Ezepue specializes in minimally invasive stroke management including; acute ischemic stroke, acute hemorrhagic stroke, arteriovenous malformations of the brain and spinal cord, venous sinus thrombosis, aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, brain aneurysms, endovascular treatment of epistaxis, intracranial tumor embolization, carotid revascularization techniques, intracranial angioplasty and stenting and carotid stenting.

Dr. Ezepue is fluent in English, Igbo and Hausa. He's also an avid soccer fan and enjoys traveling.
