Mohammad Javed, DO

Mohammad Ali Javed, DO, is a board-certified general surgeon & a board-eligible vascular surgeon. He earned his medical degree from Touro University Nevada. He completed a general surgery residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in New York & a vascular & endovascular surgery fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey.

Prior to joining SSM Health, Dr. Javed worked as an academic vascular surgeon. He found it rewarding, although teaching took time away from patient care, his true passion. He is now focusing on educating his patients about the vascular disease process.

Dr. Javed specializes in vascular & endovascular surgery, open & endovascular treatment of aneurysms, carotid endarterectomy & stenting, peripheral vascular disease interventions, Transcarotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR) venous disease diagnosis & treatment, dialysis access creation & management.
