Locally owned and operated, Greenbrier Valley Physical Therapy has served our community since 1996. Our goal is to provide the highest quality rehabilitative care possible and to promote wellness to our patients. It is our goal to return our patients to their previous levels of activity quickly and safely, through a closely monitored rehabilitation program with an emphasis on patient education. Greenbrier Valley Physical Therapy is comprised of highly trained, licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapy assistants, and nationally certified athletic trainers.
