Agustin Bello, MD

Agustin Bello received his medical degree from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2006. He completed his residency in family medicine at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park in 2013. He earned his bachelor of arts and bachelor of science degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining Memorial Care, Bello was chief of geriatrics, rehabilitative and recreational services for the Danville VA Medical Center. He also served as director of the Danville facility’s home-based primary care services program. Prior to that, Bello served as an attending physician in the emergency department at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney and Carle Hospital in Urbana.
