Jessie McLaughlin

Hi! My name is Jessie McLaughlin and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor in the beautiful state of Colorado. I specialize in helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression, substance use, and various life stressors. My therapeutic approach comes from an understanding that we are shaped by life experiences, relationships, and culture. I integrate each individual's uniqueness into therapy from a client-focused and strength-based approach. I believe that every individual has strengths that can be utilized to aid in development of emotional growth. I have experience in diverse settings including inpatient and outpatient programs for adults and children experiencing mild to severe mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders as well as domestic violence survivors. I am here to listen and provide non-judgmental support in a safe space.
