Sabrina Warner

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2004. I also have a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Florida. I have over twenty years of experience working with troubled youth and adults involved in our legal systems and community based care. I have been privileged to be able to provide my counseling services to children, adults, and couples for over twenty years. I specialize in stress management, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship or marriage issues for adults and troubled youth. I can empower you to find clarity and strength to cope in your relationships, marriage, health, and the ups and downs of life. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused counseling, and trauma therapy to enable clients to build strength, resiliency, and hope to make changes in their lives.
