Welcome to my profile! I am a mental health counselor licensed in the states of NJ, NY and CO with extensive experience as a mental health therapist as well as in coordinating, directing and establishing treatment programs. My multifaceted background in the fields of education, performing arts and counseling, as well as my acculturation journey from my Easter European upbringing has led to my ability to assist with a variety of client needs. I have education and experience in the management of mood and trauma symptoms, and I am able to assist in the treatment of single and complex trauma symptoms, and dissociative symptoms. I use an eclectic approach that includes client-oriented, mindfulness and behavioral clinical modalities.

I approach therapy by learning to listen to the body, to internal cues, and by relying on a strong and steady relationship with self and self-awareness. I believe these are invaluable tools for one's life and for healing. That, along with understanding of your current patterns, can increase both the coping with the current circumstances and your control to maneuver effectively towards improving the quality of your life. I can provide psychoeducation and clinical skills so we can observe and manage together the current patterns, stuck points and challenges relate to your background and current situations
