Taylor Jones

Hello! My name is Taylor Jones. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Foresight. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I have clinical experience working in Community-Based, Partial-Hospitalization, and College Settings, which includes individuals, couples, and groups. My specialties are body image, anxiety, life transitions, eating disorders, and relationships. I approach therapy from a feminist, collaborative and narrative approach. By working together as a team, we will focus on empowering you to recover from past experiences as well as prepare you to reclaim your present and future. By examining your societal, biological, and psychological impacts, we are then able to discover the person you want to be and develop the steps we need to take to achieve that. Together we will identify values, personal strengths, coping skills, and create goals that are individualistic and necessary for your healing.
