Breakfree Psychology Services is a psychology private practice providing clinical psychology for the treatment of all relationship related issues, via couples therapy, and also for all issues related to emotional dysregulation and interpersonal sensitivity difficulties, via individual therapy.

We are primarily located in Townsville, Queensland, the only practice in North Queensland able to provide psychologists with a high level of training in Gottman Couples Therapy and Schema Therapy. We provide services to couples who desire a well researched and effective approach to couples therapy or individuals who require help to solve lifetime struggles with emotions, repeated behaviour challenges or interpersonal issues.

Services are available for local and interstate couples and individuals all services can be offered via online video conferencing.
