I prepare income tax returns for people who are honest and want to learn how to use the tax rules. I have clients who have over $1M on their W-2s, rentals, self-employed, C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships, LLCs, and Trusts. I am happy with clients who are low income or new to the tax system, especially if they are interested in learning how it all can work to their advantage. I provide advice and guidance, and my best clients follow my advice. I am willing to work on “projects” that require prior year tax return preparation, and then resolving the issues with IRS and monitoring clients to make sure they are staying on track with the “deal” they made with IRS and FTB.
