Heather Blair, NP - Nurse Practitioner

Heather Blair, NP, blends her clinical expertise and utilizes evidence-based practice to ensure the highest quality of holistic care to individuals and families across the age continuum. She has worked mainly in primary care with an emphasis on disease prevention and health promotion with a more recent focus on cardiovascular medicine. Heather diagnoses and treats acute and chronic health conditions as well as provides health education and counseling to support healthy lifestyle behaviors and prevent illness as patients strive to attain their health care goals.

After completing her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, she attended Regis University and obtained a Master of Science degree as a family nurse practitioner and received her AANP certification in 2015.

She has lived and worked in Summit County for over 15 years. Heather and her husband have two boys and when not serving the needs of patients, she enjoys all things outdoors including biking, hiking, skiing, rafting, camping, gardening and gathering with friends.
